Freshman
For students beginning college after high school, including students with fewer than 30 transferable college credits earned after high school or GED completion.

Admissions Assessment
Admissions reviews your completed file to understand your academic preparation, character, and fit with Ecclesia’s Christ-centered educational environment.
Faith Journey Statement
For Fall 2027, plan to write approximately 200–400 words in your own voice about your faith journey, your relationship with Jesus Christ, and your spiritual growth.
Reference Form
Your applicant portal will provide the instructions for requesting your reference and will show whether the requirement applies to your application.
Admissions Assessment
This is primarily an Ecclesia review step, not another form every applicant completes. If we need an interview, clarification, or additional information, Admissions will contact you.

Academic Readiness
Your academic record is one part of the decision.
Ecclesia uses published GPA standards to help determine readiness for college-level study. We also recognize that a transcript does not always tell the whole story.
Freshman
Minimum published cumulative high school GPA for standard freshman admission.
Transfer
Minimum published cumulative college GPA for standard transfer admission.
ACT / SAT / CLT

What if my GPA is below the published requirement?
You may still apply. Applicants below the standard admission GPA may receive individual review so Ecclesia can consider additional information about academic readiness and the circumstances surrounding the academic record.

Is the Admissions Assessment an interview?
Not necessarily. The Admissions Assessment is Ecclesia’s review of your admission file. If an interview, conversation, clarification, or additional information would help us complete the review, Admissions will contact you with the next step.
Why does Ecclesia ask about my Christian faith?
Ecclesia is an institution of biblical higher education. Christian formation is part of the educational experience, not something separate from it. Understanding your faith journey helps both you and Ecclesia consider whether the College’s mission and community are a good fit.
Does Ecclesia provide information for students using Military Tuition Assistance?
Yes. Service members considering Department of Defense Tuition Assistance can review Ecclesia’s Military Tuition Assistance information before enrolling.
When should I apply?
