Please wait until you have received your approved arrival date and Enrollment Validation appointment time from Ecclesia College. Some student groups have approved early arrival dates, but most students should plan to arrive for their scheduled Enrollment Validation appointment.
- Enrollment Validation is in Wallace Hall at 3201 Ecclesia Ave, Springdale, AR 72762.
- Arrive at the appointment time you selected so staff and offices are ready to serve you.
- Residential students complete Enrollment Validation before moving into campus housing.
- Only groups with approved early-arrival arrangements should arrive before their assigned date.
- Do not rely on an arrival date communicated informally unless it has been approved by Ecclesia College.

- Confirmed your approved arrival date and appointment time.
- Reviewed remaining admissions requirements in the Admissions Portal.
- Reviewed class registration, financial aid, and student account information in Populi.
- Reviewed the Packing List and Campus Map.

Welcome Week is the full arrival week for the Fall 2026 semester. Different parts of the week apply to different student groups, so follow the schedule and instructions sent to you by email and text.
Fall 2026 classes begin Monday, August 17, 2026.
Returning Student Enrollment Validation
Returning students complete Enrollment Validation by appointment in Wallace Hall.
New Student Enrollment Validation
New students complete Enrollment Validation by appointment in Wallace Hall.
Orientation & Student Activities
New students participate in orientation sessions, connection activities, and campus preparation.
Team Church
Students attend church together as part of Welcome Week and begin building spiritual community.
First Day of Classes
Classes begin after Welcome Week concludes.

Arrive on time
Arrive at your scheduled Enrollment Validation appointment time.
Check in
Follow campus signs to the Enrollment Validation check-in location in Wallace Hall.
Complete Enrollment Validation
Meet with the required campus offices and confirm your semester readiness items.
Move in after clearance
Residential students may move into housing after completing Enrollment Validation and receiving move-in clearance.
Continue Welcome Week
Continue with the Welcome Week schedule that applies to your student group.
Your required check-in before classes begin.
