Enrollment Validation comes first. Residential students must complete Enrollment Validation before moving into their residence hall.

Welcome Week is the full arrival week for the Fall 2026 semester. Different parts of the week apply to different student groups, so please follow the schedule and instructions sent to you by email and text.
Fall 2026 classes begin Monday, August 17, 2026.

Returning students complete Enrollment Validation by appointment.

New students participate in orientation sessions, connection activities, and campus preparation.
Team Church
Students attend church together as part of Welcome Week and begin building spiritual community.

Enrollment Validation is your required check-in before classes begin. During this appointment, you will confirm important enrollment details, visit key campus offices, and make sure you are ready for the semester.
Students will receive the correct Enrollment Validation registration link by email and text.
During Enrollment Validation, students may meet with:
- Admissions
- Financial Aid
- Housing
- Registrar
- Business Office / Student Accounts
- Work-Learning-Service
What to bring:
- Photo ID
- Any missing admissions documents
- Financial aid information, if requested
- Billing or payment information, if needed
- Housing information, if applicable
- Questions for campus offices
How to register
Enrollment Validation is scheduled by appointment. Use the link sent directly to you so you register for the correct student group.
If you are unsure which Enrollment Validation event applies to you, contact Admissions before registering.
Enrollment Validation comes before Move-In.
If you are living on campus, you must complete Enrollment Validation first. After you are cleared, you can check in with Housing and move into your room.
Your first step is to attend Enrollment Validation at your scheduled appointment time.

- Arrive at your scheduled Enrollment Validation appointment time.
- Complete Enrollment Validation.
- Receive clearance to move in.
- Check in with Housing.
- Move into your room.
- Attend the Welcome Week activities that apply to you.
Families are welcome
Families may help students move in after the student has completed Enrollment Validation and received clearance.
Please follow posted parking, unloading, and staff instructions when you arrive.

Can residential students move in before Enrollment Validation?
No. Residential students must complete Enrollment Validation and receive clearance before moving into campus housing.
Where do I go first when I arrive?
Your first step is to attend Enrollment Validation at your scheduled appointment time in Wallace Hall. Residential students should not go directly to the residence hall before completing Enrollment Validation.
Is Welcome Week required?
Different parts of Welcome Week apply to different student groups. New students should plan to attend required orientation sessions and activities. Please follow the schedule and instructions sent to you by email and text.
What is Team Church?
Team Church is part of Welcome Week. Students attend various churches around Northwest Arkansas together and begin building spiritual friendships and rhythms.
