Admissions & Enrollment
Important Dates & Deadlines
From applying and confirming your enrollment to financial aid and arrival, these are the dates to keep on your radar as you prepare for Ecclesia.
Your applicant experience will show requirements and deadlines that apply specifically to you. When an individual deadline differs from a general date listed here, follow the requirement provided to you.
Some deadlines depend on when you apply, when you are admitted, your student type, or the requirements assigned to your record. Continue checking your Ecclesia applicant and admitted-student communications throughout the process.
Admissions
Apply early enough to give yourself room to prepare.
Ecclesia reviews applications on a rolling basis. The priority dates below give you more time to complete admission requirements, financial aid, enrollment planning, and other next steps before your semester begins.
Fall Admission
Priority application date for students planning to begin in the Fall semester.
Spring Admission
Priority application date for students planning to begin in the Spring semester.
Early College
Early College students should apply at least four weeks before the beginning of the term in which they want to take classes.
Springdale Campus Enrollment Deposit
After admission, confirm your intent to enroll.
Admitted Springdale Campus students follow a standard $200 enrollment deposit policy. The deposit is applied to your student account and confirms that you intend to enroll.
Standard Deposit
For admitted Springdale Campus students.
The deposit is applied to your student account rather than charged as an additional fee.
The deposit is an admitted-student step.
You do not need to pay an enrollment deposit before being admitted. After admission, follow the instructions provided through your Ecclesia applicant and admitted-student experience.
The deposit confirms your intent to enroll, but it does not complete financial arrangements, final documents, housing, registration, or Enrollment Validation.
If you choose not to enroll after submitting the deposit, the deposit is not refunded.
Fall Deposit Deadline
If you are admitted by May 1, submit your $200 enrollment deposit by May 1.
Admitted after May 1?
Your deposit is due within 14 days of admission or before Enrollment Validation, whichever comes first.
Spring Deposit Deadline
If you are admitted by December 1, submit your $200 enrollment deposit by December 1.
Admitted after December 1?
Your deposit is due within 14 days of admission or before Enrollment Validation, whichever comes first.
Follow the amount and deadline provided to you. Students entering under an earlier recruitment cycle or a different student category may have different instructions.
Financial Aid
Earlier is usually better for financial aid.
Financial aid is not a single deadline. Complete the FAFSA for your academic year as early as you reasonably can, respond to requests for documents, and watch for scholarship and state-aid deadlines that may apply to you.
FAFSA
Complete the FAFSA for the academic year you plan to attend and include Ecclesia College’s federal school code: 038553.
Filing earlier gives Financial Aid more time to review your eligibility and resolve any missing information.
Complete the FAFSA →Requested Documents
A submitted FAFSA does not always mean your financial-aid file is complete. Watch for requests for verification or other supporting documents and respond promptly.
Your individual financial-aid requirements may have deadlines that are specific to your record.
Arkansas Financial Aid
Arkansas scholarships and grants have their own eligibility rules and deadlines. Apply early rather than waiting for an Ecclesia deadline.
Arkansas SAMS →F-1 International Students
International enrollment follows separate financial deadlines.
Students who need or maintain F-1 student status should not use the standard $200 Springdale Campus deposit schedule. The F-1 process includes separate deposit, financial-documentation, Form I-20, visa, and payment requirements.
International Payment Dates
- $2,500 international enrollment deposit due July 1
- Remaining balance due August 1 or before travel to the United States, whichever comes first
International Payment Dates
- $2,500 international enrollment deposit due December 1
- Remaining balance due January 2 or before travel to the United States, whichever comes first
International students should follow Ecclesia’s stage-specific instructions for acceptance, financial documentation, Form I-20, the F-1 visa process, and arrival. Final travel should not be booked before visa approval and confirmation of your arrival plans.
Arrival & Academic Calendar
Some Fall 2027 dates are still being finalized.
Enrollment Validation, move-in, orientation, and other arrival dates affect when students should plan to be on campus. We will publish those dates once the Fall 2027 schedule is finalized.

Dates still to be published include:
- New-student Enrollment Validation
- Returning-student Enrollment Validation
- Residence hall move-in
- Welcome Week / new-student orientation
