Know what is coming next.
Keep track of key admissions, enrollment, financial-aid, deposit, international, and arrival dates as you prepare for Ecclesia.
Give yourself time to complete the process.
Ecclesia reviews applications on a rolling basis, but completing your admission requirements by the priority date gives you more time for financial aid, housing, registration, and enrollment preparation.
Priority application deadline
Complete your application and admission requirements by this date when possible for fall enrollment.
Priority application deadline
Complete your application and admission requirements by this date when possible for spring enrollment.
Recommended application timing
High school students planning to enroll concurrently should complete the application process at least four weeks before the term begins.
Applications may still be considered
Applications received after a priority deadline may still be reviewed when there is enough time to complete the required enrollment steps before the semester begins.
Depositing earlier costs less.
Admitted Springdale Campus students use the following enrollment-deposit schedule. Deposits are non-refundable.
Through March 31
The lowest enrollment deposit amount for admitted students preparing to enroll.
April 1 – May 31
The enrollment deposit during the middle of the fall enrollment cycle.
June 1 – Enrollment Validation
The enrollment deposit for students completing this step as fall arrival approaches.
Earlier is usually better.
Financial-aid processing can take time, especially when additional documents are requested. Complete your FAFSA and respond to Financial Aid requests as early as possible.
File as soon as the FAFSA is available.
Add Ecclesia using federal school code 038553 so Financial Aid can receive your FAFSA information.
Respond promptly.
If Financial Aid requests verification documents or other information, submit them as soon as possible so your eligibility can be finalized.
Watch state program deadlines.
Arkansas scholarship and grant programs may have separate application dates. Review current state requirements when planning your financial aid.
Plan early for deposits, payment, and travel.
International students use a separate payment schedule. Do not use the domestic enrollment-deposit amounts above.
Fall Enrollment
Spring Enrollment
Watch for your admitted-student schedule.
Enrollment Validation, move-in, orientation, and arrival dates are published for each entering term as the schedule is finalized.
Admitted students should also watch their Ecclesia email and admitted-student communications for Enrollment Validation, move-in, housing, orientation, and arrival instructions.
Need class dates, breaks, finals, or holidays?
The Academic Calendar is the official place to review term start and end dates, holidays, breaks, registration periods, and other academic dates.
View the full Academic Calendar.
We keep academic dates on the Academic Calendar rather than repeating them here so you always have one current source.
Use the dates that apply to your next step.
Whether you are applying, completing financial aid, submitting your deposit, or preparing to arrive, give yourself enough time to finish each step well.
