Once you are admitted, your enrollment deposit confirms that you intend to join the incoming class. For Springdale Campus students, the standard enrollment deposit is $200.
The enrollment deposit is applied to your student account. It is not an additional fee.
Your deposit becomes part of your admitted-student next steps.
If you have already been admitted, follow the instructions in your Ecclesia applicant and admitted-student experience. Your deposit option will be available there when it applies to you.

Ecclesia uses a single enrollment-deposit amount for admitted Springdale Campus students so you know what is required when you are ready to confirm your enrollment plans.

The deposit confirms your intent to enroll at Ecclesia College.
The full $200 is applied to your student account rather than being charged as an additional fee.
What does the deposit mean?
Admission means Ecclesia has offered you a place in the incoming class. Your deposit is the next step when you decide that you plan to attend.

If you later choose not to enroll, the enrollment deposit is not refunded.
Follow the deposit amount and deadline shown in your applicant experience. Students entering under an earlier recruitment cycle may have a different requirement.
Deposit Deadlines
Confirm your plans by the deadline for your semester.
Ecclesia uses standard Fall and Spring enrollment-confirmation deadlines. Students admitted after those dates receive a rolling deadline.
Fall Enrollment
If you are admitted by May 1, your standard Fall enrollment deposit deadline is May 1.
Admitted after May 1?
Your deposit is due within 14 days of admission or before Enrollment Validation, whichever comes first.
Spring Enrollment
If you are admitted by December 1, your standard Spring enrollment deposit deadline is December 1.

Your deposit is due within 14 days of admission or before Enrollment Validation, whichever comes first.
Your Commitment to Enroll
Your deposit confirms your decision. It does not finish the process.
Paying your enrollment deposit is an important milestone, but several other items may still need to be completed before you are ready to begin classes.
Your deposit does:

Your deposit does not:
- Complete your financial arrangements
- Replace required final academic documents
- Complete housing requirements
- Complete registration

F-1 International Students
International students follow a separate deposit process.
Students who need or maintain F-1 student status have separate financial-documentation, payment, Form I-20, and visa requirements. The standard $200 Springdale Campus enrollment deposit does not replace the F-1 international deposit requirement.
F-1 Enrollment Deposit
A $2,500 USD enrollment deposit is required before Ecclesia College issues Form I-20.
F-1 students should follow the international admissions and admitted-student instructions provided by Ecclesia.

Springdale Campus
Admitted students enrolling at the Springdale Campus follow the standard $200 enrollment-deposit policy unless another requirement applies to their student status.
F-1 International
Students seeking or maintaining F-1 status follow the separate $2,500 international enrollment-deposit and Form I-20 process.
EC Online
EC Online is not currently included in the standard Springdale Campus enrollment-deposit policy. Online students should follow the enrollment instructions provided for their program.

How much is the Springdale Campus enrollment deposit?
The standard enrollment deposit for admitted Springdale Campus students is $200.
Is the $200 deposit an additional fee?
No. The enrollment deposit is applied to your student account. It is not charged in addition to your regular college costs.
When is my Fall enrollment deposit due?
The standard Fall deadline is May 1. If you are admitted after May 1, your deposit is due within 14 days of admission or before Enrollment Validation, whichever comes first.
When is my Spring enrollment deposit due?
The standard Spring deadline is December 1. If you are admitted after December 1, your deposit is due within 14 days of admission or before Enrollment Validation, whichever comes first.
Is the enrollment deposit refundable?
The enrollment deposit is applied to your student account when you enroll. If you choose not to enroll at Ecclesia, the deposit is not refunded.
Where do I pay my enrollment deposit?
After you are admitted, follow the instructions provided through your Ecclesia applicant and admitted-student experience. The appropriate deposit option will be available there when it applies to you.
Why is there not a public payment link on this page?
The enrollment deposit is an admitted-student action. Ecclesia provides the correct deposit option after admission so the payment can be connected with your student record and the requirements that apply to your enrollment term.
Does paying my deposit mean I am completely ready to enroll?
No. The deposit confirms your intent to enroll, but you may still need to complete financial arrangements, final academic documents, housing requirements, registration, Enrollment Validation, and other assigned items.
I am an F-1 international student. Is my deposit also $200?
No. Students seeking or maintaining F-1 status follow a separate international process. A $2,500 USD enrollment deposit is required before Ecclesia issues Form I-20.
