Graduation, Employment, and Transfer-out Rates
As a federally recognized work-learning college, Ecclesia prides itself in preparing our graduates to enter the workforce and provide an immediate, positive contribution. Thirty-four (34) of the forty five (45) students graduating in 2024 (or 76%) responded to the recent alumni survey in 2025 as to their current endeavors. Of those, six (6) of the eight (8) online students (or 75%) were currently employed full-time or pursuing further education. Twenty-six (26) of the thirty-seven (37) traditional Springdale campus graduates (or 70%) are currently employed or continuing their education.
The 2024 graduating class consisted of 45 graduates, 16 of whom were women (or 36%) and 29 were men (or 64%). Eighteen (18 of the 45 or 40%) received associate degrees, most of whom are continuing their education at present. Twenty-seven (27 of the 45 or 60%) received baccalaureate degrees.
The percentage of full-time, first-time students who graduated or transferred out within 150% of “normal time” to completion for their program is as follows:
The overall graduation rate for students pursuing a bachelor degree who began their studies at EC in the Fall of 2017 is 28% (10 of 36). The transfer-out rate for students who began their studies at EC in the Fall of 2017 is 39% (14 of 36).
The 4-year average Student Right-to-Know completion or graduate rate calculation is 26%. The 4-year average Student Right-to-Know transfer-out rate calculation is 35%.
Professional Licensure
Ecclesia College does not offer degree programs leading to Licensure. Therefore, Licensure pass rates are not included in this report.

As a federally recognized work-learning-service college, the combined student work hours during the 2023-2024 academic year total 35,691, from 113 working students. The combined student work hours during the 2024-2025 academic year total 30,155, from 105 working students.

Ecclesia College’s Campus Safety Report & Annual Fire Safety Report outlines the college’s safety and security procedures and policies and is an articulation of the College’s commitment to the safety and welfare of its students, faculty and staff. The report also meets the College’s obligation to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act.
