The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program incorporates the development of the student’s exposure to human problems and personal values through a well-planned curriculum. The curriculum integrates increasingly advanced cognitive skills, awareness of self and others, in addition to social and interpersonal skills – all through a Christian worldview.

MANAGEMENT
The study of management prepares students for positions of leadership in for-profit as well as non-profit organizations of all sizes. The management curriculum focuses on the nature and capabilities of humans as well as other resources. Curriculum topics include how a manager plans, organizes, staffs, coordinates, and evaluates resources in an organization together with its environment.
MARKETING
The major in marketing prepares students for careers involving product planning, distribution, promotion, in addition to pricing strategies in for-profit and non-profit organizations. The curriculum provides a broad overview of marketing functions. Students gain knowledge and also skills in consumer behavior, marketing research, and strategic marketing.
