Admission Requirements

A first-time freshman is defined as an applicant with less than 24 earned credit hours from an accredited institution after graduating from high school.

Requirements:

  • Official high school transcript demonstrating a minimum 2.3 cumulative GPA
    • Accepted transcripts: Public, private, homeschool, or international secondary completion equivalent GED certificate
  • A minimum ACT score of 19 or equivalent

Test scores are optional. Students may submit ACT, SAT, or CLT scores to strengthen their academic review or qualify for academic scholarships.

  • Written Statement of Salvation
  • Spiritual Mentor Reference Form

A transfer applicant is defined as one who has earned 30 or more transferable credit hours from an accredited institution(s).

Requirements:

  • Official high school transcript demonstrating a minimum 2.3 cumulative GPA
    • Accepted transcripts: Public, private, homeschool, or international secondary completion equivalent
  • GED certificate or high school diploma equivalent
  • High school graduation may be self-certified in special circumstances for non-traditional-aged and transfer students
  • All official college transcripts for each institution attended, demonstrating a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA

Additional Requirements:

  • Admissions Interview
  • Written Statement of Salvation
  • Spiritual Mentor Reference Form

Recognized Equivalents of a High School Transcript:

  • An associate degree
  • Successful completion of 60 transferable semester hours or 72 quarter credit hours toward a bachelor’s degree (no remedial or grade D courses)

  • English Proficiency (if required):
    • TOEFL: 80+ (each subset 20+)
    • IELTS: 6.5+
    • ACT, SAT, or other accepted test scores
  • Additional requirements (same as Freshman)

Enrollment Deposit

The enrollment deposit confirms your place at Ecclesia College.

  • $100 – If submitted before March 31st
  • $200 – After March 31st
  • $300 – After June 1st
