Make sure you are keeping up with everything you have to this summer to get ready for the Fall semester. Our staff will be communicating with you along the way. Keep an eye on your college email and respond promptly to all requests. In the meantime, below are a list of items that need to be attended to immediately. What is Welcome Week, and when does it take place?

Welcome Week is a series of events for new and returning students, running from August 15th to August 20th.

How do I find my Student ID Number?

After loging into populi, It can be found under your name.

Who needs to fill out the Institutional Agreement form?

Returning students must complete the Institutional Agreement form. New students have already filled this out on their application.

Which immunization records are required for new students?

New students are required to have records for mumps, measles, and rubella vaccinations on file.

Who should fill out the Non-Campus Housing Request form, and what are the eligibility criteria?

Students intending to reside with parents, non-traditional students (age 23+ with qualifications), or married students not living on campus should complete this form. It requires a full address and documentation depending on the housing status.

What meal plan options are available for students living off-campus?

Commuter students have three meal plan options: None, 5 meals/week for $680 a semester, or 10 meals/week for $1,360 a semester.

What is Student Vehicle Registration, and who should complete it?

Student Vehicle Registration is for students who plan to drive a vehicle on campus.

What does FERPA stand for, and how does it work at Ecclesia College?

FERPA stands for the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Students’ academic records can only be shared with authorized individuals listed on the FERPA form, and a PIN number is required for information sharing.

What is the deadline for completing the applicable forms for Enrollment Validation?

The forms must be completed by August 11th to ensure a smooth Enrollment Validation process. Failure to complete the forms may cause delays during the Enrollment Validation event.

Who should I contact if I have questions about ACH bank withdrawal?

For ACH-related inquiries, students should reach out to the student accounts office at (479) 419-4562.

What should I bring with me on the day of Enrollment Validation?

On Enrollment Validation day, bring proof of health insurance, proof of auto insurance (if you’ll have a car on campus), car/truck registration (if applicable), a photo ID, and any missing documents.

Where and when will Enrollment Validation take place?

Enrollment Validation will occur at Wallace Auditorium (3201 Ecclesia Ave., Springdale, Arkansas 72762) on the August 15th for returning students and August 16th for new student. Please arrive at the time you scheduled.

What happens during Welcome Week, and is attendance mandatory?

Welcome Week includes orientation meetings and activities on campus. Attendance is required for all students. New students will also have a parent luncheon August 16th at 12:00pm.
