1. How do I enroll in an online course at Ecclesia?
a. APPLY NOW by filling out our quick and easy Online Short Application! Once your application has been approved, you may then register for online courses. (Scroll down to the bottom of this page for all online cohort listings.)
b. Have a mentor, pastor or someone you lean into regularly fill out a Reference Form and send to: Admissions, Ecclesia College, 9653 Nations Drive, Springdale, AR 72762
c. An active email account and regular access to email/internet is a requirement for EC Online courses.
2. How much does a course cost?
We want a private, Christian education to be as affordable to you as possible. So we offer deep scholarships. The gifts of generous donors make it possible for us to bring our $475 online credit hour down to the very palatable rate of $229 per credit hour. Therefore, a 3-hour online course at EC costs you, the student, only $687.00. See item number 4 (below) to discover how you can pay even less, out-of-pocket, for your online education. If this is your first class with Ecclesia, there is a one-time Application Fee of $35 and a one-time Matriculation Fee of $35 (Instead of paying separate fees for things like new student orientation, transcripts degree applications, re-enrollment and changes in course schedules, EC students pay a matriculation fee and receive these and other services at no charge.)

3. When and how should I pay for the course?
a. Payment must be made before your official enrollment at least one week prior to the commencement of your courses in order for you to have time to order and receive your textbooks. (Scroll down to see scheduled study periods.)
b. A check or credit card for the total amount must be processed by the EC Business Office prior to our Online Academic Office officially activating your course enrollment. Any Pell and/or Loan money you are granted will be reimbursed to you once the College has received it.

4. Is Financial Aid available?
Yes. Maximum Pell grants for each semester now total $2,675/semester for those students with the most need

5. How do I obtain course textbooks and how do I pay for them?
The student will receive information on textbooks once he/she has been officially enrolled by the EC Academic office. Textbooks may be purchased from our online provider and will be shipped to the student in a timely manner.
6. When do the next courses begin? How long does one course take?
All courses have set beginning dates. (Scroll down to the end of the page to see all scheduled study periods through Dec. 2010). You may complete any particular course as quickly or as slowly as you like within your chosen study period's starting and ending dates.
